Let The Journey Begin!!

Shifting out of the patterns and thought processes that keep people trapped in the dark and toxic cycle of substance-driven, life-controlling, problems is a process that can't be taken lightly and must be addressed according to each person's circumstances.

That is what the Xtreme Intervention Project does. We take that process seriously. This fellowship-driven, curriculum-infused process gives its students the knowledge, encouragement, and hands-on direction that it takes to accept a long-term solution for their best chances to succeed at long-term recovery.  If this is what you want for yourself or for your loved one, then this is where to start that journey.  Click "Learn More" and see how the Xtreme Intervention Project helped Carol's daughter. If you can relate to Carol's experience, from your own perspective, then this might be the path to freedom you've been looking for.

The Process

How The Process Develops and Unfolds

The process can be summed up in four (4) steps: The Encounter, The Education, The Extraction, and The Enrollment. Together, along with the curriculum, this forms "The Path" each student follows into a long-term solution for their long-term dependency problems.

The Encounter: The initial contact with the Xtreme Intervention Project can happen in a number of ways, but will eventually lead to a face-to-face meeting for some sort of event like coffee, lunch, dinner, or even the occasional game of pool. The importance of the "encounter" is to establish a live connection, bring real faces and human interaction into the process, and solidify the reality of the journey ahead. The

The Education: Once a solid connection is formed, each student begins the series of individually tailored assignments designed to educate them on: (a) The challenges they are currently facing, (b) How to identify threats to their progress within those challenges, and (c) How to address their obstacles so they can succeed in the environment of their upcoming program placement...and beyond. This step is necessary to gain important insights into their condition that allows each individual to better process the need for change and prepare for the challenges ahead. The

The Extraction: Once a program placement has been determined, the next step is to get each individual out of the toxic environment that is so often the result of the downward spiral of those who struggle with substance abuse or other forms of life-controlling problems. The Xtreme Intervention Project puts the highest value on planning and coordinating each student's transition in order to ensure safety, minimize potential triggers, and avoid negative influences for their relocation to a supportive program environment. The

The Enrollment: The Xtreme Intervention Project has a special network of incredible programs to connect each students with. Aligning individuals with programs that meet their specific needs is imperative to help each person achieve the highest level of success in long-term recovery. Throughout each step of this intervention process every individual is guided and supported. Their progress is continuously reassessed, their process continually adapted to their circumstances, and their motivation to succeed is encouraged throughout. The ultimate goal is to empower each individual to make positive choices and changes, break free from their toxic environment, and embark on a path toward their enrollment into a program that gives them the skills to live a healthier and more fulfilling life that encompasses their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
